# §25.303. Procedure.


A claim shall be presented and processed in accordance with [28 CFR Part 14](/cfr/28/part14.md). Should there be a conflict between the provisions of [33 CFR Part 25](/cfr/33/part25.md), [Subpart A](/cfr/33/subpartA.md) and the Department of Justice regulations in [28 CFR Part 14](/cfr/28/part14.md), the Department of Justice regulations govern.
