# §183.302. Flotation requirements.


Each boat to which this subpart applies must be manufactured, constructed, or assembled to pass the stability and flotation tests prescribed in §§ [183.325(a)](/cfr/33/183.325.md?p=a), [183.330(a)](/cfr/33/183.330.md?p=a), and [183.335(a)](/cfr/33/183.335.md?p=a).
