# §175.113. Launchers.

- (a) When a visual distress signal carried to meet the requirements of [§ 175.110](/cfr/33/175.110.md) requires a launcher to activate, then a launcher approved under [46 CFR 160.028](/cfr/46/160.028.md) must also be carried.
