# §157.212. Dedicated Clean Ballast Tanks Operations Manual: Not approved.


If the Dedicated Clean Ballast Tanks Operations Manual submitted under [§ 157.206](/cfr/33/157.206.md) or [§ 157.208](/cfr/33/157.208.md) is not approved, the Coast Guard forwards a letter to the submitter with the reasons why the manual was not approved.
