# §157.20. Accidental oil outflow performance.


Each oil tanker which is delivered on or after January 1, 2010 must meet the minimum standard of accidental oil outflow performance required by Annex I, Regulation 23 (incorporated by reference, see [§ 157.02](/cfr/33/157.02.md)).
