# §155.5052. Response plan development and evaluation criteria for nontank vessels carrying group V petroleum oil.


Owners or operators of nontank vessels that carry group V petroleum oil as fuel or cargo must meet the requirements of [33 CFR 155.1052](/cfr/33/155.1052.md).
