# §155.2225. Response plan submission requirements.


An owner or operator of a vessel carrying other non-petroleum oils as a primary cargo shall submit a response plan in accordance with the requirements of this subpart, and with all sections of [subpart D](/cfr/33/subpartD.md) of this part, except §§ [155.1050](/cfr/33/155.1050.md) and [155.1052](/cfr/33/155.1052.md).
