# §154.1140. TAPAA facility contracting with a vessel.


The owner or operator of a TAPAA facility may contract with a vessel owner or operator to meet some of all of the requirements of [subpart G of part 155](/cfr/33/part155-subpartG.md) of this chapter. The extent to which these requirements are met by the contractual arrangement will be determined by the COTP.
