# §150.825. Reporting a diving-related casualty.


Deaths and injuries related to diving within the safety zone of a deepwater port must be reported according to 46 CFR [197.484](/cfr/46/197.484.md) and [197.486](/cfr/46/197.486.md), rather than to §§ [150.815](/cfr/33/150.815.md) and [150.820](/cfr/33/150.820.md) of this part.
