# §150.611. What head protection is required?


The deepwater port operator must ensure that where there is a reasonable probability of injury from falling objects or contact with electrical conductors, personnel working or visiting such an area wear head protectors designed to protect them against such injury and complying with [29 CFR 1910.135](/cfr/29/1910.135.md).
