# §150.425. What are the requirements for transferring cargo?


Cargo transfer procedures must be outlined in the deepwater port operations manual and must provide:

- (a) Oil transfer procedures that accord with [§ 156.120](/cfr/33/156.120.md) of this chapter; and
- (b) Natural gas transfer procedures that accord with §§ [127.315](/cfr/33/127.315.md), [127.317](/cfr/33/127.317.md) and [127.319](/cfr/33/127.319.md) of this chapter.
