# §146.301. Applicability.


This subpart applies to vessels, including MODUs, engaged in OCS activities other than U.S. vessels already required to report marine casualties under [46 CFR part 4](/cfr/46/part4.md) or [subpart D](/cfr/33/subpartD.md) of [46 CFR part 109](/cfr/46/part109.md).
