# §143.302. Hazardous location requirements on foreign vessels engaged in OCS activities.


Each vessel that is documented under the laws of a foreign nation and is constructed after April 2, 2018 must comply with the requirements of [46 CFR subpart 111.108](/cfr/46/subpart111.108.md) prior to engaging in OCS activities.
