# §117.49. Process of violations.

- (a) Complaints of alleged violations under this part are submitted to the District Commander of the Coast Guard District in which the drawbridge is located.
- (b) Penalties for violations under this part are assessed and collected under [Subpart 1.07 of Part 1](/cfr/33/part1-subpart1.07.md) of this chapter.
