# §1.01-50. Delegation to District Commander, USCG Arctic District.


The Commandant redelegates to the District Commander, USCG Arctic District, the authority in [46 U.S.C. 3302(i)(1)](/usc/46/3302.md?p=i-1) to issue permits to certain vessels transporting cargo, including bulk fuel, from one place in Alaska to another place in Alaska.
