# §935.52. Violations of Subpart O or P of this part.

- (a) Whoever is found guilty of a violation of subpart [O](/cfr/32/subpartO.md) or [P](/cfr/32/subpartP.md) of this part is subject to a fine of not more than $100, or imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or both.
- (b) The penalties prescribed in [paragraph (a)](#a) of this section are in addition to and do not take the place of any criminal penalty otherwise applicable and currently provided by the laws of the United States.
