# §845.11. Correspondence.


Judge advocates who advise officers responsible under [§ 845.3](/cfr/32/845.3.md) are authorized to correspond directly with each other and with the Judge Advocate General of the service concerned for advice with regard to payment of counsel fees and other expenses.
