# §553.5. Maintaining order.


The Executive Director may order the removal from, and bar the re-entry onto, Army National Military Cemeteries of any person who acts in violation of any law or regulation, including but not limited to demonstrations and disturbances as outlined in [38 U.S.C. 2413](/usc/38/2413.md), and in this part. This authority may not be re-delegated.
