# §553.18. Eligibility for burial in U.S. Soldiers' and Airmen's Home National Cemetery.


Only the residents of the Armed Forces Retirement Home are eligible for interment in the U.S. Soldiers' and Airmen's Home National Cemetery. Resident eligibility criteria for the Armed Forces Retirement Home is provided for at [24 U.S.C. 412](/usc/24/412.md).
