# §537.15. Statutory authority for maritime claims and claims involving civil works of a maritime nature.

- (a) **The Army Maritime Claims Settlement Act.** The sections pertinent to maritime affirmative claims are set out at [10 U.S.C. 4803-4804](/usc/10/4803-4804.md).
- (b) **The Rivers and Harbors Act.** The section of the Act pertinent to affirmative claims involving civil works of a maritime nature is set out at [33 U.S.C. 408](/usc/33/408.md).
