# §339.13. Reports to Congress and GAO.


Upon the issuance of a final guidance document, the appropriate Federal Register Liaison Officer will submit a report to Congress and GAO in accordance with the procedures described in [5 U.S.C. 801](/usc/5/801.md) (the “Congressional Review Act”). If the CRA procedures are not followed, the guidance document can be nullified.
