# §216.6. Information requirements.


The information requirements identified at § [216.5(b)](/cfr/32/216.5.md?p=b) and [(c)(1)](/cfr/32/216.5.md?p=c-1) have been assigned Report Control Symbol DD-P&R-(AR)-2038 in accordance with DoD 8910.1-M 2 .
