# §203.15. Method of payment.


The SAP set forth in FAR ([48 CFR part 13](/cfr/48/part13.md)) require purchase orders to be conducted on a firm-fixed-price basis, unless otherwise authorized by agency procedures. The Department of Defense anticipates all TAPP awards to be firm-fixed-price procurements.
