# §1903.18. Distribution of materials.


Distributing, posting, or affixing materials, such as pamphlets, handbills, or flyers, on any Agency installation is prohibited except as authorized by [§ 1903.17(b)](/cfr/32/1903.17.md?p=b), or by other authorization from the CIA Director of Security, or from his or her designee.
