# §1901.14. Fees.


No fees will be charged for any action under the authority of the Privacy Act, [5 U.S.C. 552a](/usc/5/552a.md), irrespective of the fact that a request is or may be processed under the authority of both the Privacy Act and the Freedom of Information Act.
