# §1700.3. Contact for general information and requests.


For general information on this part, to inquire about the FOIA program at ODNI, or to file a FOIA request, a written submission should be sent, either by mail to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, IRRG Chief, Information Management Office, Washington, DC 20511, or by email to DNI-FOIA@dni.gov. To check on the status of a pending case, an individual may either call the ODNI FOIA Office at (703) 275-1313 or email the ODNI FOIA Office at DNI-FOIA@dni.gov.
