# §1665.8. Systems of records exempted from certain provisions of this act.


The SSS will not provide requesters information exempt from disclosure pursuant to [5 U.S.C. 552a(k)](/usc/5/552a.md?p=k), (e.g., the SSS will not reveal to the suspected violator the informant's name or other identifying information relating to the informant).
