# §1648.1. Authority of local board.


A local board shall consider and determine all claims which it receives in accord with [§ 1633.2](/cfr/32/1633.2.md) or [§ 1648.6](/cfr/32/1648.6.md) of this chapter. No action shall be taken by the board in the absence of a quorum of its prescribed membership.
