# §1602.18. National Appeal Board.


The National Appeal Board or a panel thereof of the Selective Service System is a group of not less than three civilian members appointed by the President to act on cases of registrants in accord with the provisions of [part 1653](/cfr/32/part1653.md) of this chapter.
