# §107.2. Applicability and scope.

- (a) This part applies to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and the Military Departments.
- (b) It applies only to personal services contracts awarded under [10 U.S.C. 1091](/usc/10/1091.md) for direct health care providers.
