# §850.208. Covered activity.


The term covered activity means, in the context of a particular transaction, any of the activities referred to in the definition of notifiable transaction in [§ 850.217](/cfr/31/850.217.md) or prohibited transaction in [§ 850.224](/cfr/31/850.224.md).
