# §801.210. Pilot program covered transaction.


The term pilot program covered transaction means:

- (a) Any pilot program covered investment; or
- (b) Any transaction by or with any foreign person that could result in foreign control of any pilot program U.S. business, including such a transaction carried out through a joint venture.
