# §598.407. Offshore transactions involving blocked property.


The prohibitions in [§ 598.202](/cfr/31/598.202.md) on transactions or dealings involving blocked property, as defined in [§ 598.301](/cfr/31/598.301.md), apply to transactions by any U.S. person in a location outside the United States.
