# §596.802. Delegation by the Secretary of the Treasury.


Any action which the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized to take pursuant to [section 321](/cfr/31/321.md) of the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996, Pub. L. 104-132, 110 Stat. 1214, 1254 ([18 U.S.C. 2332d](/usc/18/2332d.md)), may be taken by the Director, Office of Foreign Assets Control, or by any other person to whom the Secretary of the Treasury has delegated authority so to act.
