# §592.302. Effective date.


The term effective date refers to the effective date of the applicable prohibitions and directives contained in this part as follows:

- (a) With respect to all provisions of this part except for § [592.301(a)(3)](/cfr/31/592.301.md?p=a-3), [12](/cfr/31/12.md):01 a.m., eastern daylight time, July 30, 2003; and
- (b) With respect to [§ 592.301(a)(3)](/cfr/31/592.301.md?p=a-3), September 23, 2004.
