# §576.510. Unblocking certain blocked property.

- (a) Except for such property and interests in property described in [paragraph (b)](#b) of this section, all transactions involving property and interests in property blocked pursuant to [§ 576.201(b)](/cfr/31/576.201.md?p=b) of this part are authorized.
- (b) The authorization in [paragraph (a)](#a) of this section does not apply to blocked property and interests in property of persons subject to sanctions pursuant to [§ 576.201(a)](/cfr/31/576.201.md?p=a) of this part or any other part of [31 CFR chapter](/cfr/31.md) V.
