# §562.201. Prohibited transactions.

- (a) All transactions prohibited pursuant to Executive Order 13553 are also prohibited pursuant to this part.
- (b) All transactions prohibited pursuant to sections [1](/cfr/31/1.md) and [6](/cfr/31/6.md) of Executive Order 13871 are also prohibited pursuant to this part.
