# §558.406. Offshore transactions involving blocked property.


The prohibitions in [§ 558.201](/cfr/31/558.201.md) on transactions or dealings involving blocked property, as defined in [§ 558.301](/cfr/31/558.301.md), apply to transactions by any U.S. person in a location outside the United States.
