# §555.401. Reference to amended sections.

- (a) Reference to any section in this part is a reference to the same as currently amended, unless the reference includes a specific date. See [44 U.S.C. 1510](/usc/44/1510.md).
- (b) Reference to any regulation, ruling, instruction, order, directive, or license issued pursuant to this part is a reference to the same as currently amended unless otherwise so specified.
