# §551.406. Offshore transactions involving blocked property.


The prohibitions in [§ 551.201](/cfr/31/551.201.md) on transactions or dealings involving blocked property, as defined in [§ 551.303](/cfr/31/551.303.md), apply to transactions by any U.S. person in a location outside the United States.
