# §548.406. Offshore transactions involving blocked property.


The prohibitions in [§ 548.201](/cfr/31/548.201.md) on transactions or dealings involving blocked property, as defined in [§ 548.301](/cfr/31/548.301.md) apply to transactions by any U.S. person in a location outside the United States.
