# §528.301. Alien.


The term alien has the meanings given to the term in [section 101(a)(3)](/cfr/31/101.md?p=a-3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 ([8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(3)](/usc/8/1101.md?p=a-3)).
