# §515.581. Transactions related to conferences in third countries.


Persons subject to U.S. jurisdiction are authorized to sponsor, organize, or provide services in connection with, as well as participate in, conferences or other similar events in a third country that are attended by Cuban nationals. Nothing in this paragraph authorizes a direct financial transaction prohibited by [§ 515.209](/cfr/31/515.209.md).
