# §515.516. Voting and soliciting of proxies on securities.


Notwithstanding [§ 515.202](/cfr/31/515.202.md), the voting and the soliciting of proxies or other authorizations is authorized with respect to the voting of securities issued by a corporation organized under the laws of the United States or of any State, territory, or district thereof, in which a designated national has any interest.
