# §407.14. Penalties and other law.


Whoever shall be found guilty of violating the regulations in this part while on the property is subject to a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or both (see [40 U.S.C. 318c](/usc/40/318c.md)). Nothing contained in these regulations shall be construed to abrogate any other Federal laws or regulations of the District of Columbia applicable to the property referred to in [§ 407.2](/cfr/31/407.2.md) and governed by the regulations.
