# §35.2. Applicability.


This part applies to states, territories, Tribal governments, metropolitan cities, nonentitlement units of local government, counties, and units of general local government that accept a payment or transfer of funds made under section [602](/cfr/31/602.md) or [603](/cfr/31/603.md) of the Social Security Act.
