# §341.11. Use of power of attorney.


No designation of an attorney, agent, or other representative to request payment or reissue on behalf of the owner, beneficiary, or other person entitled under [§ 341.9](/cfr/31/341.9.md), other than as provided in the regulations in this part, will be recognized.
