# §323.10. Purpose of this subpart.


The regulations of this subpart are issued to implement [section 122](/cfr/31/122.md) of the SECURE 2.0 Act of 2022, [31 U.S.C. 3105(f)](/usc/31/3105.md?p=f). The requirements of [31 U.S.C. 3105(f)](/usc/31/3105.md?p=f) are additionally met through the publication of a new Routine Use in the applicable Fiscal Service System of Record Notice.
