# §316.3. Governing regulations.

- (a) The regulations in [31 CFR part 315](/cfr/31/part315.md) apply to definitive Series E bonds that have not been converted to book-entry bonds.
- (b) The regulations in [31 CFR part 363](/cfr/31/part363.md) apply to definitive Series E bonds that have been converted to book-entry bonds through New Treasury Direct.
