# §308.4. Applicable regulations.


Except as may otherwise be provided, and in so far as applicable, the general regulations of the Treasury Department, as contained in [part 306](/cfr/31/part306.md) of this subchapter, as amended or revised, shall apply to full-paid interim certificates.
